Noble Rotisserie is a chef-driven, allergy-aware eatery located at 2nd & PCH in Long Beach. Since 2020, we’ve been serving pasture-raised chicken from Pasturebird (100% raised on pasture with no GMOs, antibiotics, or additives), sticky-glazed Duroc spare ribs, and sustainable Cedar River Farms beef. Our menu blends comfort food with a fresh, veggie-forward twist—think deconstructed pot pie, all-day chicken + waffles, and our signature G-chicken, packed with Korean gochugaru, ginger, citrus, and honey. Unique sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads, and craveable bowls round things out, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, too. Sip on housemade lemonades, local kombucha, curated beer and wine, frosé, and our Frozen Aperol Spritz—light, citrusy, and summer in a cup. Dine indoors or enjoy marina views from our spacious, dog-friendly patio with a fire pit. Takeout and delivery available via Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates, and UberEats.
