Gather at this landmark restaurant to enjoy a spectacular brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Parker’s Lighthouse (435 Shoreline Village Drive) is offering a buffet not only featuring traditional breakfast favorites, but chilled seafood and sushi, carving station, mac & cheese station and omelet station. FUEGO
One of the city’s most popular and spectacular brunch destinations, Fuego (700 Queensway Dr.) celebrates Easter on Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Brunches will feature live Latin jazz, as well as a delicious menu featuring such favorites as Horchata French Toast, Roasted Lamb Chop and Vanilla Creme Brulee. Easter Sunday will feature a complimentary Easter egg hunt and special appearance by the Easter Bunny from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
LONG BEACH TAPHOUSE
The Long Beach Taphouse (5110 2nd St.) will pair its already popular brunch menu, including fantastic craft burgers and elevated comfort food like its buffalo wings and signature fries, with bottomless mimosas and its usual 30 craft beers on tap.
