It’s Back! Our Annual New Year’s Day Polar Plunge


The Polar Plunge has roots in ancient Nordic traditions and early 20th-century swim clubs, evolving into a popular New Year’s Day ritual for health, resilience, and renewal.


We’re bringing that tradition back to Human Aeon — a community plunge to welcome the year with presence, courage, and clarity. Together, we’ll breathe, immerse, and reset for what’s ahead.


The Plunge: We’re adding ice again this year — expect water temps around 40–45°F, icy enough to awaken every cell and remind you what it means to feel alive.
