National Guacamole Day at Fuego

Fuego at Hotel Maya will celebrate National Guacamole Day on September 16 with a limited-time Guacamole Trio Special, available throughout Hispanic Heritage Month.

The trio dish features three chef-driven creations that blend classic Mexican flavors with unexpected twists: Crispy Glazed Bacon & Pomegranate Guacamole, a savory-sweet indulgence; Spicy Tuna Guacamole served with wonton chips, an adventurous fusion bite; and a Tropical Guacamole with pineapple and mango salsa (vegan), a refreshing plant-based option that bursts with flavor.

Perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself), the trio pairs beautifully with Fuego’s extensive margarita selection and the restaurant’s lively waterfront setting.
