The Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden (Earl Warren Dr), on the campus of Cal State Long Beach, offers restorative and relaxing zen yoga classes on Wednesdays at 5 PM and Fridays at 12 PM. Open to all levels, each one-hour session focuses on reducing stress through zen practices with breath work, easy flow postures, and concludes with a guided meditation. YOGA108
Yoga108 (242 E 3rd St) is located in Downtown Long Beach, making it convenient for visitors and conventioneers. The studio offers daily vinyasa classes for both beginners and more advanced yogis along with HIIT and circuit training classes, slower or more meditative sessions accompanied by a sound bath, and low-cost community classes. Parking is available on the street and in the City Place C parking structure nearby on 3rd Street, where the first two hours are free.
TRADEMARK BREWING
If you’re after your health enough to pursue yoga, but not too healthy to turn down a beer afterward, you should check out Beer Yoga. Trademark Brewing (233 E Anaheim St) offers Beer Yoga every Saturday morning at 11 AM. Each session is led by a certified yoga teacher and focuses on flexibility and core strength along with meditative breathing and inner peace. Yogalution Movement & Wellness (244 Redondo Ave) is a donation-based yoga studio, offering traditional yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes to nurture peace, grounding, and mindfulness. All classes in the schedule are available without a reservation at a suggested donation of $20.

West Coast Sweat (6324 E Pacific Coast Hwy) is located in the Marina Pacifica shopping center and offers Bikram hot yoga, hot pilates, and other classes focused on building strength and mobility. RA YOGA
Located at Long Beach Exchange near the Long Beach Airport, Ra Yoga (3860 Worsham Ave Suite 310) offers drop-in classes, packages of 10 classes, and monthly memberships at three levels. Classes include traditional yoga at varying levels, vinyasa, hot yoga, yogalates, Baby & Me and prenatal, meditation, and more. Childcare is available during some classes, and others are conducted with candlelight or colorful LED lighting to set the mood.
YOGA ON THE BLUFF
Yogalution also offers Yoga on the Bluff, a daily yoga class at 11AM on the grass overlooking Junipero Beach at the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Junipero Avenue. Evening sessions at 6PM on weekdays are offered seasonally from April to October. The mix of locals, newbies, and seasoned yogis makes it feel like a neighborhood hang, not just a class—and yes, the ocean breeze does make your warrior pose feel more serene and centered.
