Oktoberfest in Long Beach
Grab your lederhosen and your favorite stein–it’s Oktoberfest in Long Beach! You can find festivities throughout the month of October across town, featuring polka bands, stein-holding contests, and weiner dog races.
MOSAIC
See the Promenade in Downtown Long Beach come alive this Oktoberfest! On Oct. 28 from 3 to 7 P.M., Mosaic (300 N Promenade) will host an Oktoberfest Beer Festival featuring German food, a beer garden, live music, games, vendors, and a stein holding contest. Admission is free. The event also includes activities for kids and a weiner dog costume contest.
STEELCRAFT LONG BEACH
Oktoberfest at Steelcraft Long Beach (3768 Long Beach Blvd) will be held on Oct. 7 from 2 to 10 P.M., with live music by West Coast Prost, as well as a best dressed contest for folks decked out in lederhosen and dirndls, a weiner dog race, and two rounds of stein hoisting competition. Throughout the event you can grab some eats from any of the Steelcraft vendors, including Angelenos’ Pizza, La Taqueria, Waffle Love, Hangry Belly, and Koolberry.
