Long Beach Bluegrass Festival

The 2nd annual Long Beach Bluegrass Festival is part of nonprofit Live at the Shell's 7 Saturdays of Summer at the Rec Park Band Shell. This free concert in the park will feature a full day of performances, Jamming Forest, instrument petting zoo, and workshops.

Schedule:

  • 11 am to 12 pm: Bluegrass Jamming 101
  • 12 to 1 pm: Individual workshops based on instrument
  • 1 to 2 pm: Jamming (including slow/beginner jams led by experts)

  • 3 pm: Honey Whiskey Trio
  • 4 pm: Muddy Mountain West
  • 5:15 pm: Matt Michienzie Band
  • 6:45 pm: Water Tower
