DTLB Design District x LA Design Festival

The DTLB Design District is a featured site of this year’s LA Design Festival, joining forces with ArtCenter Pasadena, ROW DTLA, and Helms Bakery District. Under the theme “Design Futurism,” four days of panels, exhibits, and events will spotlight the future of design—from sustainable cities and craft revival to AI, indigenous knowledge, and cross-cultural innovation.

LA Design Festival events in Long Beach will be held at Studio One Eleven, Sonoratown, Midnight Oil, Acres of Books, Intertrend, LBMA Downtown, CSULB Immersive Design Research Lab, Chez Bacchus, Pacific Island Ethnic Art Museum, Museum of Latin American Art, Altar Society Brewing, and Farmers & Merchants Bank.

Events include an architectural tour and block party on June 27, a lecture and tour of the Cliff May Ranchos on June 28, tasting menus and cooking classes, vendor pop-ups and workshops, and a poetry reading with Adolfo Guzman-Lopez on June 29.
