Bubbles Wine Dinner at Michael's on Naples

Michael's on Naples will host an effervescent evening celebrating the elegance of sparkling wines. Hosted by wine ambassador Jason Booth, this intimate dinner will feature a thoughtfully curated menu paired with exceptional bubbles from Italy and France.

Guests will enjoy dishes like squash blossoms filled with sheep's milk ricotta, delicate beef tartare, angel hair pasta with prawns and caviar, and grilled swordfish with puttanesca—concluding with a strawberry dessert featuring Frecker Farms fruit and vanilla biscuit.
