Breathwork & Open Plunge Social

Join us for Human Aeon’s signature Open Plunge & Sauna Social — an evening of nervous system reset, soulful vibes, and true community care.

We’ll have our cold plunges ready, the saunas hot, and music to set the mood. Come solo or bring a friend — this is your space to drop in, relax, and connect. Whether you’re in it for recovery, community, or just to chill, there’s a spot here for you.

✨ New This Month:
We’re offering an optional micro-breathwork class at 3:30 PM, just before the social begins. This 20-minute guided session is a great way to ground, activate your breath, and prepare for the plunge. Space is limited and registration is required for the breathwork portion.

🍹 Special Guest: Intl Players Juice
We’re thrilled to welcome Intl Players Juice, who will be sharing complimentary juice samples and offering their signature blends for sale during the event. Come hydrate, nourish, and sip something refreshing in between the plunge and sauna.
