I'm constantly trying new techniques to improve my craft to better serve my clients. I take a thorough history of each client, to offer a specialized massage just for them.

Specialize in in the following massage:
1. Sports Rehabilitation- Injuries from broken bones or muscle spasms or muscle stiffness, massage can offer faster recovery. With the pressure of the therapists hands improving blood flow, muscles become warmer. Massage can help flush out swelling in joints to aid in faster healing.

2. Trigger point therapy- Doing everyday movements it can irritate tissue, which over time can lead to the development of trigger points. Unfortunately, when tissues remain in a contracted state for long periods of time they can harden and create little nodules (small knot in muscles) that therapists can actually feel for during your massage. When these trigger points are addressed and the tension is released, clients can feel instant relief.

3. Stretching- To increase circulation of blood flow to overactive muscles. It also increases your flexibility and range of motion. Having a therapist stretch your muscles that could not be stretched in the usual methods can release tension or pressure build-up.
