Long Beach keeps the momentum flying high on Saturday with a massive hometown milestone. Echoing Mayor Richardson’s belief that our community does not wait for the future but builds it right now, this night marks the grand opening of the new Long Beach Amphitheater. This city-owned, $21 million architectural marvel features 11,000 seats, making it the largest waterfront amphitheater on the entire West Coast.
The night double-features as the Official Snoop Dogg Homecoming & Key to the City Celebration, honoring a global cultural moment decades in the making alongside Snoop Dogg and friends.
Transportation: Guests won't just arrive—they'll ride in style. Attendees will board the world's first state-of-the-art, zero-emission, 350-passenger harbor tour vessel for a beautiful seven-minute boat ride from Rainbow Harbor directly to the Amphitheater.
Attire: Concert wear or business casual
Please review before arriving at the dock. Guests with prohibited bags will not be permitted to board.

Departure Location: Dock 2A, Dock 3A, and Dock 3B
Return Schedule
Return Departure Location: Marina Dock (the same dock where attendees arrive at the Amphitheater)
Important: Return boats depart from the Marina Dock and return guests to Downtown Long Beach.
Please allow additional time for boarding and security screening.
Wayfinders will be stationed in each official hotel lobby and along the walking route to assist attendees.
