Come out to Retro Row for shopping, dining, and entertainment as 4th Street businesses stay open late for the monthly Fourth Friday event! Local vendors, artists, and performers are invited to create a special experience for the Long Beach community.

The event takes place along 4th Street, expanding from Temple to Cherry. Don’t feel like walking too far? The event has partnered with DRIVER to offer a free shuttle service for attendees and participants.

Alder & Sage Fourth Friday Pop-Ups: Alder & Sage will be hosting pop-ups by GroundEd Education and Shady Grove BBQ and a reception for painter Judi Pettite, whose artwork is currently on display through May 31 at the restaurant. GroundEd Education maintains gardens at local elementary schools to help students learn about environmental, science, and nature topics. As part of their Adopt-A-Chick fundraiser, you can symbolically adopt and name a chick that will be living at a school garden. Shady Grove BBQ will have smoked Cajun meatloaf, fried chicken, and pork chops on the back patio.
