Chef Supper Club Series at Compound

Compound's Supper Club Dinner Series presents collaborations between Union Chef-in-Residence, Eugene Santiago, with local chefs and artists.

In May Compound will host an intimate supper club conceptually designed by Compound’s current exhibiting artist Fay Ray with Union’s Chef-in-Residence, Eugene Santiago.

Together, Ray and Santiago have crafted a three-course vegetarian meal that explores the elements of salt, smoke, seeds, and spice. A mezcal pairing and tasting experience by Proximo Spirits will be available as an add-on.

The supper club includes a curated program featuring Tarot Reader and medium, Amy Elizabeth, and immersive table conversation between the artist and attendees.
