Since 1913, 440 Elm has stood as one of Southern California's grandest architectural landmarks, designed by celebrated architect Elmer Grey, whose creations include the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Huntington Library. It was featured by Architectural Digest in 1922, Today, beautifully restored and honored with the Long Beach Heritage award for adaptive reuse, it hosts exceptional weddings, elite corporate gatherings, exclusive galas, and events for those seeking distinction, refinement, and true exclusivity.

- Weddings: up to 125 guests for indoor ceremony and reception, or up to 400 guests for outdoor ceremony and indoor reception in our Grand Ballroom with a spacious dance floor.
- Banquets, Awards, and Galas: up to 500 guests seated for dining or 900 guests theater-style within our Grand Ballroom.
- Corporate and Elite Gatherings: up to 300 in classroom-style seating or 450 banquet-style. Ideal for exclusive brand activations, private executive summits, and high-profile corporate events.
- Large-scale events: up to 1,100 guests utilizing combined indoor and outdoor spaces, including areas well-suited for live bands and musical performances.
