Long Beach Burger Week
Long Beach Burger Week returns Sept. 13–20, 2026, with a citywide celebration of one of America's favorite comfort foods. Restaurants, food trucks and pop-ups across the city will showcase creative takes on the classic hamburger, from timeless cheeseburgers to over-the-top creations loaded with unexpected toppings—or did you have peanut butter on your burger bingo card?
Organized by Axiom Productions and supported by the NoahS's Arc Foundation, the weeklong event invites diners to explore Long Beach's diverse culinary scene through exclusive burger specials and bundles priced from $5 to $25. There's no central venue or special ticket required—simply visit any participating restaurant and order its featured Burger Week special.
Many locations will offer dine-in, takeout and, where available, delivery options, making it easy to participate however you prefer. Whether you're craving a classic beef burger, a plant-based alternative or an inventive specialty, Long Beach Burger Week offers plenty of delicious reasons to discover a new favorite while supporting local businesses.
From house-made sauces and premium ingredients to bold flavor combinations and imaginative toppings, the event celebrates just how creative a simple burger can become. Those specialty offerings will be announced in the weeks leading up to Burger Week on the event's website and Instagram, allowing burger lovers to map out their must-try stops before the festivities begin.

"We're encouraging participating restaurants to create a special burger just for Burger Week; something guests won't normally find on the menu,” said Qiana Williams-Mafnas, Axiom Kitchen co-owner. “That's part of what makes this event so much fun, there are endless ways to reinvent a burger. I’ve learned that you can change the color of buns. I’m just amazed by what they come up with.”
Participating restaurants showcase the breadth of Long Beach's dining scene, from neighborhood burger stands and family-owned favorites to breweries, sports bars and chef-driven kitchens. Whether it's the craft beer and inventive fare at ISM Brewing, the classic burger stand experience at Fantastic Burgers, the lively game-day atmosphere at Watch Me! Sports Bar, the craft cocktails and elevated comfort food at Broken Spirits Distillery, the gourmet take on the classic smash burger at Proudly Serving, or the customizable burgers and fresh bowls at Mixed Burgers & Bowls, Burger Week highlights the city's diverse culinary personality.
"We're working to expand Burger Week into every neighborhood in Long Beach," said Qiana Williams-Mafnas. "In the past, it's been focused primarily in Downtown, but we're excited to bring more communities into the event. We want it to encourage people to explore neighborhoods they might not normally visit, and not just to try great burgers, but to discover and support all kinds of local small businesses while they're there."
