What is Old is New Again: Upcycling Workshop
March 25, 10:00am
Join us to take a closer look at reusing and upcycling everyday objects. Tour the historic kitchen with a behind-the-scenes look into household sustainability practices. Then, our Public Programs Coordinator, Margarete, will lead a hands-on weaving workshop using sock scraps.
Learn how to repurpose socks to create a new, functional, and sustainable pot holder. We hope you will leave inspired to think creatively on ways to reuse older materials into something new again.
All supplies included. Space is limited. Recommended for adults, teens, and families with children 8 years and older.
