What We Do
Cold-pressed is a form of juicing that gently grinds produce into a fine pulp and passes it
through a hydraulic press to extract the vitamins and nutrients from the fiber of the produce.
Our juices are alive and pressed fresh. We do not pasteurize or add preservatives to our juice
to make them last longer. Because of this, Salud juice has a 3-4 day shelf life.
We strive to choose the best produce with no pesticides or chemicals. All of our produce
comes from organic farms to make sure your juicing experience with us is the best around!
Salud Juice supports California farmers by only using produce found at local farmers markets. We build strong relationships
with our farmers and sometimes even visit the farms to help pick our produce!
