We offer contemporary art exhibitions and immersive experiences, classes and workshops in wellness and the healing arts, music and live performances, as well as events held in partnership with local community organizations. In alignment with Compound's mission to support small businesses and Long Beach's diverse communities, we are proud to host rotating chef residents and pop-ups. Located in the heart of the Zaferia district of Long Beach, CA, Compound features nearly 2,000 square feet dedicated to food and beverage including a bar offering a selection of natural and biodynamic wines, craft beers and cocktails; a courtyard sculpture garden for outdoor dining, and retail gift shop offering a unique curated selection including food items and wines by the bottle. Comprised of a 13,000 square foot converted warehouse, Compound's sprawling art complex includes the Gallery project space featuring commissioned works and experimental projects, and The Lab, a space dedicated to artistic experimentation.
