The Long Beach Area Convention Services Team offers top notch services and materials to ensure that your meeting is a success. In addition, one of our dedicated Convention Services Managers will assist with the planning of your Long Beach meeting and will be happy to coordinate pre-planned site visits for you and your staff or other on-site needs.

- Service Providers: We will recommend reliable local companies that can assist in all aspects of your meeting.
- Housing Bureau: A customized Housing Bureau is available for meetings using three hotels or more during your conference.
- Passkey.com real-time Internet-based housing program
- 24-hours a day, seven-day-a-week accessibility for reports and block usage and a Housing Manager oversees the daily operations
- Form processing via e-mail, fax, mail, and call center (by special request)
- Special Venue/Off-Site Event Planning: Provide us with your requirements and we are happy to suggest venues, research date availability and make initial contacts to assist you in coordinating your special event.
- Registration Personnel: Competitively priced, our outstanding team of seasoned professionals will help your meeting run smoothly and efficiently. We request your registration work schedule request be received 30 days prior to your event. *Temporary staff rates.
- Visitor Information and Concierge Desk: A Complimentary Concierge Desk, staffed by knowledgeable personnel, is located in the lobby of the Convention Center.
