Annual Tobacco Tax Conference
August 23 - 26, 2009 The FTA Officers invite you to join them at this year’s conference for informational presentations and discussions on various tobacco tax topics. With current cuts in state resources, sharing strategies and best practices with other states is sure to be of interest to tax administrators.

The conference schedule will include regional, uniformity, and technology committee meetings as well as an orientation meeting for new FTA members. A link to the agenda is provided below.
Located alongside a picturesque harbor on the beautiful Pacific Ocean, the City of Long Beach is host to this year’s FTA conference. Conference accommodations have been secured at the Renaissance Hotel and Resort in the heart of Long Beach’s shopping and restaurant district. For those wishing to extend their stay, the Renaissance is extending its special conference room rate two days prior and after the scheduled conference, upon availability.
