It started back in 1956 in a small shop at the Jersey Shore. Today, Jersey Mike's authentic Northeast-style subs are available coast to coast in nearly 400 locations. Premium, fresh sliced meats and cheeses are piled high on fresh baked bread and finished off Mike's Way, with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices using the same original recipe from over 50 years ago.
